1. Terms
By accessing AgroEdge's website, training programs, or related services, you agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws and regulations. Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your access or participation.
2. Use License
You are granted limited, non-transferable access to download or view program materials for personal, educational, and non-commercial use only. This is a license, not a transfer of ownership. Under this license, you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials;
- Use materials for commercial display or exploitation.
- Reverse-engineer or decompile any proprietary software or systems.
- Remove copyright notices or proprietary labels.
- Share or mirror content on other platforms or servers.
Violation of these terms automatically terminates your license and may lead to legal action. Upon termination, you must destroy all downloaded materials in your possession.
3. Program Eligibility & Participation
Participants must be between 18 and 35 years of age and possess valid identification (Aadhaar, bank account, and land-related documents, if applicable). Admission to programs is subject to eligibility criteria, loan approval, and availability.
4. Financial Terms & Loan-Based Program Structure
AgroEdge operates on a loan-based training and business setup model in partnership with approved NBFCs. The loan will be divided into two parts: training fee (paid directly to AgroEdge) and the business setup fund (disbursed to student to setup thier farms)
* Students must use funds strictly for approved agribusiness purposes.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- No refunds will be issued after enrollment and loan disbursement.
- In case of program withdrawal, misconduct, or default, AgroEdge reserves the right to revoke access, terminate training, and reclaim program-provided assets.
6. Ownership of Assets
Until full loan repayment, all assets (e.g., cattle, infrastructure) are jointly owned by the student and the program. In case of loan default:
- AgroEdge/NBFC may initiate asset recovery respectfully.
- Payment restructuring may be considered before recovery action is taken.
7. Ongoing Support & Mentorship
Post-training support includes:
- Regular check-ins, WhatsApp/phone guidance.
- Business mentorship for operations and growth.
- Help accessing markets (e.g., AMUL, Medha).
- Support in accessing government grants and subsidies.
8. Disclaimer
All content on AgroEdge’s website and training materials are provided “as is.” AgroEdge disclaims all warranties, including:
- Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for purpose.
- Accuracy, reliability, or outcomes of using program materials or methods.
9. Limitations of Liability
AgroEdge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including:
- Financial loss, business interruption, or data loss.
- Delays or failures due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, policy changes, etc.).
10. Accuracy of Information
While AgroEdge strives to keep materials accurate and updated, errors may occur. We reserve the right to make changes at any time without notice.
11. External Links
Linked websites are not under AgroEdge's control. AgroEdge is not responsible for content or services on third-party sites.
12. Modifications to Terms
AgroEdge may revise these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction as provided under the Constitution of India.
14. Communication Policy
By enrolling or using our services, you consent to receive communication via email, phone, SMS, and WhatsApp for program-related updates and marketing. You may opt out at any time by contacting support@agroedge.com or using the unsubscribe option.
15. Farm Visits & Transparency
AgroEdge encourages farm visits for prospective students after application shortlisting. Visits help candidates understand real-world outcomes and interact with existing farmer-entrepreneurs.
16. Confidentiality & Data Usage
AgroEdge will maintain the confidentiality of your personal and financial data, using it solely for training, loan processing, and program coordination purposes.
